Counseling Background

My experience and education include 20+ years with 4 years in community mental health environment with various services such as In-home Therapy Services (IHTS) to Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. I have worked with children, adolescents, family, and adults covering areas from marriage counseling, parental guidance, to behavioral. Some focus areas range from depression, anxiety/panic, adjustment issues, to grief, job stress, spirituality, and relationships.

As shared above in “A Little of My Story”, these situations are not only areas of service and education, but of experience as well. This allows me to understand, empathize and have relatable compassion for those which are faced with such challenges and obstacles. The true testament of my compassion is to share my experiences, knowledge, and wisdom to assist others in overcoming, achieving, and becoming more empowered over their life’s situations.

Envision. Inspire. Challenge. Change.
